Kirkland Replaced my entire exterior. Siding, Facia, soffit, and windows. They were on site for about 4 weeks total. It was a large project and the transformation was amazing. Josh is their lead for exteriors. His team was friendly and respectful. They were constantly cleaning up the job site from nails, and other materials from the demolition. This was very important to me because of my small children who frequently play around the house.
Over all we are ecstatic from the results and highly recommend Kirkland. They call back, and show up; which is difficult it seems for most remolding companies. Give them a call!

We hired Kirkland Property Solutions LLC after we got into a very unfortunate position with our previous contractor. Our house deffinetly had alot of hidden issues, including mold/rot, demolition and reconstruction. The crew handled every issue ontop of redoing siding facia, soffet, dripedge and some roofing that had been improperly installed by our previous contractor. We can finally say we are happy with our house again. We have more work to do to finish our project and look forward to working with Kirkland Property Solutions LLC again in the near future.
